The prospecting is already done by the time anything reaches you. Interest arrives warm and pre-qualified, your calendar fills with demos rather than with cold outreach, and the entire job is what happens between that first conversation and a signature. Volume is real here, so the people who do well are the ones who stay sharp on the tenth call of the day rather than the first.

Convert warm inbound against a quota you own outright, month by month and quarter by quarter
Keep the follow-up disciplined and the pipeline in the CRM honest enough to forecast from
Go and create your own opportunities in the stretches when inbound runs thin
Feed back what you learn in demos, because the sales motion here is still being shaped and the people closing get a say in it
