About the company

AI voice agents that pick up, qualify and resolve inbound calls for smaller businesses, so nothing is lost to a busy line or an empty desk. Growth has been steep, the product is well established in its first market, and new countries and new product lines are opening in parallel. The operating style is deliberately lean: people own their areas outright, feedback is direct, and standing meetings and internal politics are kept out of the way.

About the role

The hard part of voice AI is not the model, it is the last mile: the CRM that returns malformed data, the edge case at minute four of a live call, the guardrail nobody wrote yet. You turn customer requirements into robust implementations, take them live and keep them stable.

Requirements to live production setup: workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, guardrails
Integrations into other systems (APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendars, ticketing, payments)
Features and glue code that map customer cases cleanly, with tests, monitoring and logging
Real time debugging under production load: calls, flows, data, edge cases
Reusable templates and deployment playbooks, plus concrete product feedback drawn from what you keep seeing break

What you bring

Solid coding skills, you implement rather than only configure, plus a strong grounding in LLM applications: prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, failure modes
Workflow thinking, you translate complex processes into robust, testable flows and ship them fast without leaving them fragile
APIs and webhooks, auth (OAuth, API keys), data formats and integration patterns, plus the cloud fundamentals to deploy, observe and debug in production
German at native level and fluent English
Bonus (not required): voice or telephony, n8n or other automation tools, TypeScript or Python, SQL, monitoring and tracing, GDPR and privacy by design
