About the role

The customers are already here and paying, and what happens to that revenue next is yours. You are the person they call, and the one who works out which part of their business the AI should be handling once the first use case is running well.

Own a portfolio outright, carrying a number made of retention and everything you grow inside it
Sit close enough to how each customer actually works to see the next opportunity before they ask
Keep accounts genuinely successful, not just renewed, and bring what you hear back to the people building the product

Time spent growing existing accounts rather than only signing new ones, through upgrades, add-ons or renewals
Real curiosity about the technology and what it can take off a customer's plate

German at native level, and the confidence to carry reviews and demos in it

€65,000 to €95,000 on target earnings, base plus uncapped commission, depending on what you bring
