About the company

AI voice agents that pick up, qualify and resolve inbound calls for smaller businesses, so nothing is lost to a busy line or an empty desk. Growth has been steep, the product is well established in its first market, and new countries and new product lines are opening in parallel. The operating style is deliberately lean: people own their areas outright, feedback is direct, and standing meetings and internal politics are kept out of the way.

About the role

Design is not a service desk here: product, brand and team are all yours. You set the bar for all three, spending roughly half your week in the file and half leading the people around you.

Hands on work across product design, customer research and brand, roughly half of your week
Direct ownership of three product areas, developed in close sparring with product engineering
Ownership of the brand, developed alongside the staff designer
Leading the design team across product, web and brand, the other half of your week
Defining what good looks like, grounded in regular conversations with the people actually using the product

What you bring

Product and analytics depth well past tool fluency, you check whether a design worked instead of trusting your gut
A senior individual contributor who wants to lead, whether you have managed designers already or are ready to start, without stepping back from the craft
The restraint to make dense functionality feel simple, solving complexity rather than showing it off
Design systems that hold up across several product areas, plus an AI assisted workflow that gets you from sketch to prototype in a fraction of the usual time
German at native level, since the German speaking market matters most right now, plus solid English for an international team

What you get

€80K – €150K gross per year depending on experience, plus equity
Fully remote, with an office there if you ever want one
Budget approved wherever the return is clear, tooling included, with no procurement gauntlet
Uninterrupted focus time, no standing meetings, and a team that ships every day
Complete ownership of design, brand and the design team, yours to build and to decide
