About the role

Outbound here is a system, not a headcount problem. You build that system and you keep it standing as volume grows: signal capture, enrichment, sequencing, and the agents that hold the whole thing together. It is the rare go-to-market seat where the leverage comes from what you ship rather than from how many hours you spend in a sequence tool.

Build and improve scalable outbound systems in Clay and the surrounding go-to-market tooling
Extend the AI stack yourself with Claude Code instead of waiting in an engineering queue
Turn signal data, from intent and job changes to funding rounds and website visits, into outreach that is genuinely personalised rather than merely merge tagged
Find the bottleneck in the go-to-market process and remove it before anyone reports it
Write what works into the internal playbook so it runs by default rather than living in your head

What you bring

First professional experience in a startup, a tech company or another growth driven environment, ideally somewhere you already touched AI tools, automation or go-to-market systems
A technical mindset: you pick up tools like Clay and Claude Code quickly, and you would rather automate a process once than repeat it fifty times
Comfort working from data, and the instinct to check whether a sequence actually worked instead of assuming it did
Initiative, and the habit of shipping a fix rather than filing it
Fluent German and solid English
